Foundry Grill: Comfort Food with Character

Foundry Grill feels like coming home. Served in a space that pays homage to frontier life, here you’ll find a hearty meal-comfort food in the finest sense-served in our welcoming dining room. Rustic yet never rough around the edges.

The menu focuses on seasonal and fresh ingredients prepared thoughtfully, slowly, and without fuss, resulting in outstanding renditions of classic dishes. Gather here with those you love, sharing food and drink in an ambience with ample character. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served daily, as well as an outstanding weekly Sunday Brunch that is an occasion in itself. And the atmosphere artfully celebrates the early settlers who once worked this land, with art fixtures inspired by the tools they plied.

Sunday Brunch at Foundry Grill

Please join us on Sundays year-round for a special brunch buffet menu featuring made-to-order traditional breakfast items as well as weekly specials, omelettes, a carving station, and of course, fresh made pastries. We also commemorate special holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas with festive brunch buffets offering something for everyone in the family or friend group. Keep an eye on our events calendar for those, and reserve your spot early.

The Tree Room: An Elevated Dining Experience

A meal here is an occasion. Enjoy celebrated cuisine and wine, crafted with thoughtfully sourced ingredients and served in a room built around a tree. The apex of mountain dining, in the ambience of Robert Redford’s antique Native American art collection. A light appetizer or drink in the adjacent Library Lounge is highly recommended.

Owl Bar: History and Drinks

With its own storied history, the Owl Bar is beloved by generations for its outlaw character and refined drink menu. Raise a glass where Butch Cassidy himself once bellied up, catch some live music, sample bar bites, and savor each moment on the streamside patio.

More Than a Meal: The Philosophy of Sundance Dining

Here, food is nourishment, it’s art. It’s a from-scratch experience that tastes different, not just because of the mountain-air setting but because such thoughtful care went into sourcing every ingredient and crafting every menu item, every time.

Whether you’re savoring a special evening at The Tree Room or splitting an order of nachos on the mountaintop’s Bearclaw Cabin, expect every bite and every sip to be an expression of this place. While we’re honored by the accolades our restaurants have received, what we care about most is serving you an experience you couldn’t have anywhere else. An elevated approach to mountain dining.
