Whether you’re side-by-side with peers in our state-of-the-art Salt Lake City kitchen or cooking in your own home kitchen via on-demand demos and one-on-one chef feedback, you get the exact same Master Chef-led curriculum. Train morning or night, whatever is more convenient.

Online class is so awesome. I have the opportunity to be creative, change things up in any way I want to. I cook in familiar surroundings and can have everything set up just the way I want. I also appreciate Chef Evan’s teaching style. He takes the time during the last half hour to really teach about the food. Thanks for the opportunity to be in this session.

Certificate Programs

Our Certificate courses are designed to make it possible for anybody to attend culinary school.

On Campus, the Cuisine Certificate can be completed in as short as 5 weeks in our morning session, and is 8 weeks when taken part time at night.

The Pastry & Baking Certificate can be completed in as short as 5 weeks in our morning session, and is 8 weeks when taken part time at night.

Located in Salt Lake City, Utah, Park City Culinary Institute offers a certificate program combining the Cuisine Certificate and the Pastry & Baking Certificate. The Professional Certificate in the Culinary Arts includes hands-on training focused on teaching you the fundamentals of cooking and baking, including professional knife handling and technical cuts, food science, classical and modern cooking techniques. As there is a significant savings, most students choose to take the combined Cuisine and Baking Certificate, which is called the Professional Certificate in the Culinary Arts.
